Shipping & Returns

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

• Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Returns & Exchanges

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Chains & Rings

Exchanges are available only if your jewellery arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at royaless.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
2. Our team will review your request.
3. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how to exchange your item.
